Type 480 Special Turnstiles

As a specialised manufacture of turnstiles Clarke Instruments Ltd has had received an order from Myco Installations for a British Telecom site to design and manufacture a turnstiles suitable for an internal application to suit a given width and height.

In order to keep the costs down we based our design on our type 480 fence line turnstile, by modifying the turnstile frame, fitting a 120 degree Perspex paddle rotor and glazed side infill panels with steelwork powder coated to match the existing décor we were able to satisfy the customer requirements. In addition to the turnstiles we

manufactured a matching side pedestrian gate fitted with an electric lock and closing mechanism.
