INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Clarke Instruments Ltd offers a comprehensive Installation and Maintenance service covering both our own products and access control systems installed by others.
INSTALLATION
All installations of products and systems undertaken by Clarke Instruments Ltd are performed by our own fully trained, skilled engineers thus ensuring that the rigorous quality standards imposed in the design and manufacture are carried through to the completion of the project.
MAINTENANCE
An extensive range of preventive, corrective and fully inclusive maintenance contracts are available. The basic level covering prescheduled service visits at 6 monthly intervals, the service schedule is defined for each type of product and a brief report on the status of the equipment is prepared during the service visit.
Customers with maintenance contracts receive priority service in the event of breakdown of, or damage to, their equipment. This normally means attendance of our engineer within two working days. For more critical sites we offer priority call-out contracts guaranteeing response times ranging from 4 hours up to next working day.
